Christmas Yumminess!

So I found a recipe for peppermint cupcakes about a month ago and I've been itching to make them.  I did just that today, and YUM!  It's so easy, just add peppermint oil.

Gotta Love the Kitchen Aid! 

I made mini cupcakes, they are easier for a three year old to handle.

I put the Andes Peppermint Crunch on top, instead of crushed peppermints.

I can't wait to make some more wonderful seasonal treats.
