My topic for C is cake. Or maybe it should be cupcakes. I love both. Baking is my newest passion. If you've read any of my blog over the past year you know that I took a cake decorating course and I love baking and decorating. Here are a few pics of my recent yummy treats.
Above is my first wedding cake, which I did just this past weekend. What a blast! I loved making it!
Not a great pic, but below are homemade Red Velvet Cupcakes with the best Cream Cheese icing I've ever made. I made chocolate H's for the top. I did these for a bridal shower a couple of weeks ago.
Next is a homemade strawberry cake with cream cheese icing.

I found this one on Six Sisters Blog a couple of months ago. It's a Neopolitan Cupcake... brownie, strawberry cake, and buttercream icing.
And these chocolate covered marshmallows were so fun and easy to make.
So these are some of the things that have been occupying my time over the past few months.
